Shipping: For parcels sent within Australia, the cost is $25.00. The method is registered mail through Australia Post. The parcel is insured by Robert Clerc Jewellery PTY LTD. The eta is five working days for items in stock two weeks for items that are not in stock. For parcels sent outside of Australia the cost is: AUD 50.00. The method is E.M.S courier service through Australia Post. The parcel is insured by Robert Clerc Jewellery PTY LTD. The ETA is seven working days for items in stock, three weeks for items that are not in stock. We recommend that you contact customs in your country to establish duty. Customs duty is not included in shipping costs and is the responsibility of the parcel recipient.

Returns: For parcels that arrive in damaged condition, please notify Robert Clerc Jewellery upon receipt of the parcel and the item will be replaced. Robert Clerc Jewellery will reimburse for the return shipping costs. For a change of mind about your jewellery purchase, please notify upon receipt of your parcel and a credit for the purchase price minus the cost of the shipping will be issued, upon our receipt of the returned item. This credit will be valid for a twelve-month period. If notification of the intent to return an item of jewellery, is after a ten day period, the right to return will be refused.

Prices: All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, and whilst correct at the time of printing, are subject to change without notice. The price includes the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) which is deducted for overseas orders sent outside of Australia.
